A true Italian street food where the ladies would sit chatting in the street using the risotto rice left over from the night before, rolling them into balls, bread crumbing them and feeding these little delights to the family. Ours consistent of smoked ricotta and shredded spinach. We hope you can taste the sun and love that goes into making these.
